When you pay for an order, the money is held in escrow — it is only released to the shop after you receive your order and confirm it. Card details and payment data are handled by our certified payment processor; Partenaire Dozie never stores your card numbers.

Partenaire Dozie protects every online order with escrow. When you pay for an order, your payment is held securely and is only released to the shop after the order is delivered and you confirm it.
If your order is not delivered, arrives incomplete, or is not as described, you can raise a dispute from your order before confirming delivery. Raising a dispute pauses the release of funds to the shop while the issue is reviewed.
Where a dispute is upheld, or an order is cancelled before delivery, the payment is refunded to the original payment method used (Mobile Money, OPay, bank, or card). Refunds are processed promptly once approved; the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider. Orders already delivered and confirmed are generally not refundable except where required by law.

This policy explains what information Partenaire Dozie collects and how we use it.
To provide the service we collect the information you give us — such as your name, phone number, email address, and the details of the orders you place. Shops provide their business and product information.
Online payments are processed by our payment partner, Flutterwave. Your card and payment-account details are entered on their secure systems and are not stored by Partenaire Dozie. We receive only confirmation of whether a payment succeeded and the reference needed to manage your order.
We use your information to process and deliver orders, handle payments and refunds, provide customer support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@partenairedozie.com.

By using Partenaire Dozie or Mon Partenaire, you agree to these terms. The services are operated by Peter Chidozie Okafor ("Partenaire Dozie", "we").
Buyers place orders with independent shops through the marketplace and pay online through our payment partner. Payments are held in escrow and released to the shop after delivery is confirmed, as described in our Refund & Dispute Policy. Prices are shown in the local currency of the shop (FCFA in Cameroon, Naira in Nigeria).
Shops are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for fulfilling orders. Buyers are responsible for providing correct delivery and contact details. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes.
We work to keep the service reliable and secure but provide it on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
