By using Partenaire Dozie or Mon Partenaire, you agree to these terms. The services are operated by Peter Okafor ("Partenaire Dozie", "we").
Buyers place orders with independent shops through the marketplace and pay online through our payment partner, Flutterwave. Payments are held in escrow and released to the shop after delivery is confirmed, as described in our Refund & Dispute Policy. Prices are shown in the local currency of the shop (FCFA in Cameroon, Naira in Nigeria).
Shops are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for fulfilling orders. Buyers are responsible for providing correct delivery and contact details. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes.
We work to keep the service reliable and secure but provide it on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
